Lubbih Goods are view-bounty creator campaigns. You fund a budget and set a CPM; Jamaican creators produce TikTok, Reels, or Shorts content and earn from verified views after you approve their work. Goods stay available on Brand account Free.
What is Lubbih Deals?
Lubbih Deals are discounted voucher offers customers buy online and redeem in person with a QR code. Brand accounts unlock Deals with a one-time Brand account Pro trial or Brand Account Pro, then publish offers for their redemption locations.
Should I create a Brand account or Merchant account?
Choose a Brand account if you represent a product brand or distributor and primarily want creator Goods campaigns. Choose a Merchant account if you operate the local venue or business that redeems customer vouchers.
What is included with Brand account Free?
Brand account Core Free includes unlimited Goods campaigns, Creators, Budget (Goods spend), Team, and Messages. Deals and redemption unlock with a one-time free 1-month Brand account Pro trial. After trial, you get one more month with 1 active Deal; then Brand Account Pro (JMD 4,999/month or JMD 49,990/year) is required for Deals.
How does the Brand account Pro trial work?
From Account, activate a one-time free trial for full Brand Account Pro access to Deals and redemption for 30 days. If you do not subscribe, a 30-day taste period follows with 1 active Deal. After that, cross-features stay locked until you upgrade. There is no second trial.
What is Lubbih Business Network?
A Brand Account Pro feature (including the free Brand account Pro trial) to request contact with other Brand accounts and Merchant accounts. When they accept, you chat in Messages. It is networking only — not a location-access partnership.
How can my Brand account publish a voucher Deal?
Start a Brand account Pro trial or subscribe to Brand Account Pro, then create a Deal for one of your Brand account redemption locations. Existing Merchant account partnership flows still apply when proposing Deals through partner Merchant accounts.
What does a Goods campaign cost?
You fund the campaign amount shown at checkout, plus payment processing and any disclosed Lubbih service fee. The creator-visible campaign budget and CPM are not reduced by a creator-side platform fee.
How are creators paid?
Each campaign sets a CPM and per-creator maximum. After content approval and view verification, earnings are limited by the campaign minimum payout, creator maximum, and remaining funded escrow.
What happens if Brand Account Pro expires?
Existing work is not deleted. After Brand Account Pro ends, you return to locked Free for Deals (unless you still have an unused taste window from a prior trial). Goods campaigns remain available on Brand account Free.
