How Lubbih works

How do I buy a deal?

Browse the deals on the homepage, click the one you want, and pay securely. You'll get a QR code by email right after — no app required.

How do I redeem my voucher?

Open the QR code from your confirmation email and show it to staff at the venue. They'll scan it on the spot to confirm your booking.

Do deals expire?

Each deal has its own expiry date shown on the listing. Make sure to book before it expires — expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Additional payment options may be added over time.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have an issue with a purchase, email us at deals@lubbih.com with your order details.

How do I get my business on Lubbih?

You can be introduced by a Lubbih influencer, or reach out directly to deals@lubbih.com. Once approved by the Lubbih team, your deal goes live on the site.

What does it cost to list a deal?

There are no upfront listing fees. Lubbih earns from platform profit on each voucher sold. You agree on a discounted price with the Lubbih team, and we handle everything else.

How does the deal approval process work?

An influencer may submit your business for a deal. You'll receive an email with the proposed deal — review it and approve from that link. It then goes to the Lubbih admin for final review before going live.

How do I see vouchers and redemptions?

Log in to your merchant dashboard to scan QR codes, look up voucher codes manually, and view your redemption history.

How and when do I get paid?

Lubbih processes payouts to merchants on an agreed schedule. Your earnings per voucher and payout details are visible in your dashboard under Earnings.

Can I have multiple staff members on one account?

Yes. As the owner, you can invite staff from the Team tab in your merchant dashboard. Cashiers can scan and redeem vouchers; owners can manage deals and see earnings.

How do I join as an influencer?

Sign up at lubbih.com/creator/signup. It's free and open — no invite code needed. Once registered, you can browse deals and generate your referral links right away.

How do I earn commission?

Share your unique referral link for any deal. When someone purchases through your link, you earn a percentage of Lubbih's net platform profit on that voucher.

What are the commission rates?

You start at 30% of net platform profit on your first attributed sale. Each completed sale through your link increases your rate by 1%, up to a maximum of 40%.

How do I bring a business to Lubbih?

Log in to your influencer dashboard and click "New Deal" in the menu. Fill in the business details and proposed deal. An email will be sent to the business to review and approve. Once they approve, Lubbih reviews it for final sign-off before it goes live.

When do I get paid?

Commissions are held for 7 days after a voucher is redeemed, then released to your available balance. You can request a withdrawal from your Earnings page once funds are available.

What information do I need to provide for payouts?

When you sign up, you'll enter your bank account details (bank name, account number, account holder name). Withdrawals are processed manually by the Lubbih team to that account.

Is ID verification required?

Yes. Before your first payout, the Lubbih team will verify your account. You can upload a government-issued ID from your Profile page in the influencer dashboard.
